If you didn't receive any emails, check to see if you have any spam or junk mail filters set up that may be stopping the emails from going through. Many programs will detect the email as financial spam because it includes the word "insurance" several times. You may wish to check any filters you have set up.
Hotmail has set up its own filters as well. You can check by logging into your account and clicking on Mail, then clicking on the Junk folder to check. Did you find these emails in spam/junk mail filters?
