Quote Unquote - December 2010

Q) My car hit a patch of ice on the road and slid into the vehicle in front of me, am I covered?
A) Yes. The damage to the vehicle in front of you will be covered. If there was damage to your vehicle it will be covered if you have purchased either Collision or All Perils coverage. You will have to pay the applicable deductible. One thing to remember that it will most likely be considered an at fault loss by your insurance company.
