It didn't start it well
It didn't start it well. The system couldn't provide me a quote but Insurance hotline staff stepped in and was able to connect me to an insurance agent who gave me quote for automobile and home insurance. But infortunately those quotes are more expensive than what I get from current provider.

The experience was fast and efficient lasting probably about 10 minutes. The two leading quotes were from companies I knew and had used before so decision making was easy.
