20 Vehicles That Hold Their Value Best

When buying a new vehicle, there’s a lot to consider: reliability, fuel efficiency, overall cost, your budget, and auto insurance rate to name just a few. Another important factor to consider is the resale value, because one thing is for certain: at some point later down the road, you are going to sell your new car. When the time comes, how much it depreciates over the years is going to affect how much you get back for it.

Some vehicles however, depreciate less quickly than others, and each year CanadianBlackBook.com (CBB) releases their selections for the vehicles with the "Best Retained Value." These vehicles have been recognized as holding the highest percentage value of their original MSRP, over a four-year period.
