The people with whom I spoke were all very friendly and helpful. The broker was knowledgeable and provided all the detail I required. I had a very short wait time when being transferred and when additional information was needed. Unfortunately, the quote I received was well above the renewal quote from my existing provider.

It didn't start it well. The system couldn't provide me a quote but Insurance hotline staff stepped in and was able to connect me to an insurance agent who gave me quote for automobile and home insurance. But infortunately those quotes are more expensive than what I get from current provider.
